The space
This one bedroom fully-furnished modern condo features a King bed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a walk in shower. You may use all the facilities including the full-sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee. The condo and complex layouts are featured towards the end of the listing pictures.

Guest access
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sun up to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door.

Other things to note
We have a Keurig coffee maker. Please help yourself to the complimentary coffee in the unit. The coffee and K-cups are in the upper cabinet to the left of the stove. The thermostat has a limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. Location:

• 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach
• 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center
• 1 hour to Walt Disney World

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.

Stroll just a short distance to explore nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and more, all within easy reach. Ample free parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you come and go at your leisure.

You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.

Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for everyone, please review the full pet policy below:
Dogs only – up to 2 authorized dogs allowed.
$20 per pet, per night (charged separately). (Vrbo can only charge for a single pet. If you have a second pet, you will receive an invoice after booking with charges for your second pet.)
No other pets are permitted.
Approval required before booking – please message us with your dog’s breed and size.
Pets are not allowed on furniture beds.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS/ OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
Primary booking must be done by someone 25 years or older. Maximum capacity is 4 people (children over 2 years old count towards the capacity).

PARTIES/EVENTS:
No parties or events.

CLEANING:
The cleaning fee is just for the cleaning crew to change over the linens and sweep and mop the floors and clean the bathrooms/kitchen.
Please clean dishes, remove all food from the fridge.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
• $50 for vacating after 11:15am.
• Extra day (at daily rate without discounts) charged for vacating after 12pm noon.
Note: Paying the base rate does not award possession of the property. If an extension is needed it will have to be done separately.
Any refund that any other affected traveler is awarded as a direct result of a disruption caused by another traveler will be charged to the traveler that caused the disruption. This includes but is not limited checking out late, smoking, or extra cleaning time.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
$25 handling + shipping cost

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Cancel a reservation without a refund if any of the rules are broken.
• Decline potential guests that live near the listing due to party concerns.
• Charge $50 per night for any unauthorized pet brought into the property.
• Charge $5 per discarded butt picked up on the property.
