This centrally located fully-furnished modern-styled home comes with an equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer with laundry detergent. Simple blue-collar neighborhood 15 minutes away from the Beach by car and 5 minutes to Turkey Creek Wildlife Sanctuary. Easily accessible to Winn-Dixie and local restaurants.

Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room. Use the door code provided for your stay on the laundry door.

Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker. The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

Your check-in instructions will be sent to your email with the title "Welcome to our place!".
If not found in your inbox, please check your Spam folder after 10 minutes of booking and if not found there contact us immediately.

SMOKING:
No smoking anywhere in the property.

PETS:
Authorized Dogs (up to two) are charged $20 per pet per night (no other pets allowed). Vrbo can only charge for a single pet. If you have a second pet, you will receive an invoice after booking with charges for your second pet.
Please contact us for approval.
No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS/ OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
Primary booking must be done by someone 25 years or older. Maximum capacity is 4 people (children over 2 years old count towards the capacity).

PARTIES/EVENTS:
No parties or events.

CLEANING:
The cleaning fee is just for the cleaning crew to change over the linens and sweep and mop the floors and clean the bathrooms/kitchen.
Please clean dishes, remove all food from the fridge.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
• $50 for vacating after 11:15am.
• Extra day (at daily rate without discounts) charged for vacating after 12pm noon.
Note: Paying the base rate does not award possession of the property. If an extension is needed it will have to be done separately.
Any refund that any other affected traveler is awarded as a direct result of a disruption caused by another traveler will be charged to the traveler that caused the disruption. This includes but is not limited checking out late, smoking, or extra cleaning time.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
$25 handling + shipping cost

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Cancel a reservation without a refund if any of the rules are broken.
• Decline potential guests that live near the listing due to party concerns.
• Charge $50 per night for any unauthorized pet brought into the property.
• Charge $5 per discarded butt picked up on the property.

30 days from check-in 50% is charged.
