Your check-in instructions will be sent to your email with the title "Welcome to our place!".
If not found in your inbox, please check your Spam folder after 10 minutes of booking and if not found there contact us immediately.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We require the booking guest to authorize a hold for a $150 security deposit on a credit card.
You will receive a link to do so in your welcome message just after booking.
Please note, this hold on your credit card is not a charge and will be removed 3 days after check-out if no damage has occurred. If damage has occurred, we will capture the damaged amount and release the hold on the difference.

SMOKING:
No smoking anywhere in the property.

PETS:
Pets allowed with $20/day fee up to two pets.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS/ OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
Primary booking must be done by someone 25 years or older. Maximum capacity is 4 people (children over 2 years old count towards the capacity).

PARTIES/EVENTS:
No parties or events.

CLEANING:
The cleaning fee is just for the cleaning crew to change over the linens and sweep and mop the floors and clean the bathrooms/kitchen.
Please clean dishes, remove all food from the fridge.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
• $50 for vacating after 11:15am.
• Extra day (at daily rate without discounts) charged for vacating after 12pm noon.
Note: Paying the base rate does not award possession of the property. If an extension is needed it will have to be done separately.
Any refund that any other affected traveler is awarded as a direct result of a disruption caused by another traveler will be charged to the traveler that caused the disruption. This includes but is not limited checking out late, smoking, or extra cleaning time.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
$25 handling + shipping cost

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Cancel a reservation without a refund if any of the rules are broken.
• Decline potential guests that live near the listing due to party concerns.
• Charge $50 per night for any unauthorized pet brought into the property.
• Charge $5 per discarded butt picked up on the property.

To cancel a booking, the following fees will be deducted:
1. $100 Cancellation Fee
2. Non-refundable credit card processing fee (if applicable) of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

Of the remaining amount:
100% refund for Cancellations made at least 30 days from check-in
50% refund for Cancellations less than 30 days from check-in (but more than or equal to 15 days)
No refund for Cancellations less than 15 days from check-in
24-hour grace period after booking if check-in is at least one week away. This grace period excludes the $100 fee but still includes the non-refundable credit card processing fee above.
